Spectacle spring test
Function
This device tests the temples and hinges of a spectacle.
The spectacle is clamped at the bridge
and loaded with a defined force. It can be set the bending angle or the
bending force as test condition. Furthermore, the load, load- and relaxing time and the number
of cycles can be set.
The both temples and hinges are loaded at the same time.
Glasses of different sizes can be clamped.
The hangers as well as the hinges are loaded and tested. Both brackets are loaded simultaneously.
The device contains a PLC with touch screen for control.
