5.3 filament retention test
The standard ISO 16409 contains an testof the Filament Retention.
The brush is moved to a hole 80 times. The brush must lose no filament.
The device includes a linear motion mechanism with motor. The start and end position can be teached. The number of cycles is freely programmable.
The drive allows a constant speed for a defined test path.
2 Limit switches in the device allow checking the speed.
The jigs allow the rapid fixation of different interdental brushes. Various brackets are attached.
