Staining Test Apperatus
This device was developed to coat human or animal teeth with stain. The teeth are embedded in a resin. The samples are immersed alternately in a liquid of coffee, tea or alos stomach acid and dried.
For drying we offer the possibility with heat lamps and a heater, for tempering the liquid or a incubator / drying cabinet.
A PLC control allows the programming of processes with residence time in the liquid, residence time in the ambient air, pauses, speed and number of cycles and control the
incubator.
The unit can hold up to 160 products.
The samples will be cleaned with the brushing machine (see Brushing machine for the removal of dental plaque). The plaque or stain removal can be measured with an image analyzing system (see
image capture of the remote plaque / Image analysis of Stain Removal).
The sample holder and the tray can be easily removed for cleaning and assembly by opening clamp levers.
